* Due to sanitary reasons, all masks and filters sales are final and cannot be returned/exchanged. We do not make any claims to the medical benefit of face masks and filters purchased from us.
* All dimensions for the masks and filters are clearly listed in the product description. Please review purchasing. We are not responsible if the masks do not fit properly. As stated we do not issue refunds/exchanges for masks and filters due to sanitary issues.

I usually ship within 1-5 days of receiving the order. I offer first class USPS shipping which usually takes 3-5 days. I also offer a shipping upgrade, Priority USPS shipping, which usually takes 1-3 days.

* For masks, I do not accept cancellations. Due to the urgent needs, I immediately process the order so I cannot cancel.
* Because of sanitary and health reasons, I do not accept returns. Sorry! But if you have any issues, please reach out, I will try my absolute hardest to resolve it.
* Shipping fees are not refundable on any returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred when returning an item.
* If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 1 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
* I only accept refunds and exchanges on incorrect orders or if the product was damaged during shipping. Exchanges will be replaced with the same product, if available.
